originally, i read zoology (BSc Hons) at university, which incidentally included some psychology modules, but then spent ten years working in the business sector.
i decided as I approached thirty to come back to education and retrain as a therapist. this process was both scary and rewarding.
i can appreciate how difficult change can be.

2015 – Certificate in Integrative Psychosexual Therapy, National Council of Psychotherapy, UK
2012 – Postgraduate Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling (Integrative), University of Wales, Newport, UK
